- Collections are comprised of over 10.6 million items including books, CDs, DVDs and eBooks, with 40 languages represented in library materials
Major cataloguing initiatives:
Indigenous materials:
- dealing with offensive subject headings
- coding Indigenous languages properly for use as search limiters
- adding 546 notes for Indigenous languages for use as keywords
- adding MARC records containing syllabics where appropriate
- investigating reclassification of some materials, including creation stories
